Our water fed pole cleaning system is SAFE and COST EFFECTIVE. It enables access up to high areas without the operators leaving ground level. It is versatile enough to access any area and powerful enough to lift the heaviest of deposits. The modular composite poles are light and extremely strong allowing us to reach the most difficult of locations.

Areas can now be reached where they had previously been inaccessible without the use of expensive hire equipment, the cost of which had to be passed on to the customer. Sloping lawns, bollards, narrow access areas, in the past have prevented cleaning of these areas as even hydraulic access platforms were unable to reach them. Using our bespoke exterior cleaning system New City Cleaning and Maintenance can now provide a low cost service that will eliminate the dirt from fascia boards and soffits bringing your property back to the look it had when new.

The system works by pumping specially formulated detergents, at low pressure, up through a carbon fibre to clean both plastic and painted surfaces. The area to be cleaned is then brushed to work in the detergents, removing all grime and algae. The detergents are then rinsed off using our high reach rinsing system leaving your UPVC, wooden soffits, cladding and fascias like new.

Due to the fact that our cleaners keep their feet firmly on the ground, it is the safest possible method for cleaning at high levels. It also ensures your privacy is maintained whilst we clean your property

Our bespoke exterior cleaning system is an alternative to hydraulic platform for those awkward, high  access areas. As no ladders, eyebolts, scaffolding or hydraulic platforms are needed, the benefits of this cost effective cladding fascia and soffit cleaning system are passed on to you, the client.
